According to a recent poll conducted by the movie exhibitors for zeroing on the top cash maker of 2005, Tom Cruise bagged the title with the highest number of votes flowing in from every direction.
Mr. Arnold Robinson, Cruise’s publicist said that it is the seventh time in the queue that Tom Cruise has got this position from Quigley Publishing Co.
Hollywood heartthrob, Oscar winning actor Johnny Depp(Pirates of the Caribbean) was quite close to Cruise taking the second position, with love birds, Angelina and Brad Pitt in the third. The rest are Tom Hanks, Vince Vaughn, George Clooney, Will Smith, Reese Witherspoon and Adam Sandler.
The poll process first started in 1932 and since then it is conducted every year.
