Rowan Atkinson, well-known as our very own funny yet witty Mr. Bean, once again steps into the disaster-prone shoes of the much admired character.
The British actor gave some very naughty poses in the shallows of the waves at Bondi Beach in Sydney on March 7 as part of a media-hype-stunt for his latest film ‘Mr. Bean’s Holiday’. The flick will be released in Australian cinemas on March 19 this year.
The much-awaited movie is directed by Steve Bendelack from a screenplay by Robin Driscoll and Hamish McColl based on a story by Simon McBurney and is produced by Peter Bennett-Jones, Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner.
As per the story, Mr. Bean is advancing towards Southern France to delight in a simple holiday in the sun. His journey from London to the Riviera, in next to no time, transcends into one of tomfooleries and pandemonium. The poor man accidentally creates mayhem wherever he moves, ending in an impromptu and riotous screening of his own video-diary at the Cannes Film Festival.
