Award Winning children author Gavin Bishop is considering suing 20th Century Fox as he claims that the story line of Brangelina starrer Mr and Mrs Smith is inspired from his book. The Secret Lives of Mr and Mrs Smith. He says that in both the stories leading characters living in suburbs have a risky job but the other person doesn’t know about. Smiths were murderers in the movie and Secret agents in the book.



He further added that though the movie contains a few scenes which were not a part of his book like M rated love scenes but if you summaries both the stories into a single sentence it will coincide each other.



Bishop noticed this when he got a call from Californian Dr Larrie Ferreiro who wanted to confirm that the movie is actually based upon his novel or not. He says he was shocked after watching the movie and is furious with the fact that they have infringed the Intellectual Property Right act.
