Daniel Radcliffe, known for playing the wizard wonder of Harry Potter in the five films, is now set to strip on Broadway where he will reprise his role as Alan Strang in ‘Equus’ beginning next year. The play is all about a boy who blinds horses hopes to create some waves in London and New York.
The superstar who has tasted success on screen at such an early age commented upon his role in the broadway and said,
I’m obviously nervous but I’m very very excited. If we can get a straight play to really succeed in a world of theatre that is so besieged by musicals, that would be a real achievement and I think the time is absolutely right to do it in NewYork.
Daniel who has received a lot of applause for his role as Harry Potter also caught the eye of the critics for his role in the play. The teenage master of acting seems to be hitting headlines ever since the news broke past summer during the eight-week London run of the play because of the nudity required for the part. This teenage icon has already played some fantastic roles in his career. Fans of the star will definitely be anxious to see his role in the play.
